These Terms and Conditions govern the Competition. All other information provided prior to entering the Competition, including any instructions on how to enter the Competition, form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible individuals must;
GENERAL RULES
Participants have to be of legal age (18 years or older) to participate in the competition.
The Hotel reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and age) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Hotel’s discretion. Failure by the Hotel to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries are accepted as long as the entrant has met all the entry criteria on each submission.
Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort has the right to refuse posts or other entries that are perceived as offensive, unrelated or not according to competition rules.
The Entrant confirms and warrants that they have full power and authority to enter into this agreement and hereby indemnifies the Hotel from and against any and all costs and damages incurred as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Any personal information you provide will not be forwarded to third parties, however will rest in the proprietorship of Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort and can be used for further promotional activities.
Competition closes on 31st December 2016 at 12:00. Winner for this competition will be contacted by January 30th 2017.
Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.
The Winner of the Competition will win a five nights stay on bed & breakfast basis at the Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort.
The prize will be issued on the winner’s name and it is not transferable, cannot be changed or redeemed for cash.
The photo with the most amount of votes on marinahotel.com.mt/gopro on the 31st of December 2016 will be declared the winner.
Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. However in consideration of their providing to the competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to CHI.ltd to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, there websites and/or in any promotional material.
The winner will be required to answer a skill question put to him/her.
The Winner shall be notified via an Instagram post and/or e-mail depending on the method of submission of entry.
Prize is subject to availability and booking in advance is required.
The Winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities associated with the Prize such as public appearances, photo opportunities or media interviews as might be required by the Hotel.
Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort shall use reasonable effort to contact the winner via e-mail. If Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort is unable to contact any winner within a reasonable period of a winner having been selected, or if any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize, or does not respond to communication from Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort within 2 days of receipt thereof, then Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
The Hotel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Ein muß für jeden der auf Ruhe und stressfreien urlaub haben will. sehr gute küche, Aufmerksames Personal. Für jeden Taucher super Lage da vor der Haustür eine echt tolle Tauchschule ist. Liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Mit dem Bus vor der Haustür kann man ohne probleme überall hinfahren.
