This Spring, we’ve zoomed in on heart-warming specialities from the north of Italy – a region known to reflect the area’s unspoilt countryside and proximity to the sea.

Thus, our Da Marina kitchen brigade has put together a menu of pasta, risotto and, of course, that famous Bisteccha Fiorentina. Plus, our sommelier has teemed each dish with the perfect glass or bottle of wine to create an Italian journey made in foodie heaven
