The Pilates Centre

The Pilates Centre is the first fully equipped Pilates studio offering apparatus sessions and group classes in the Maltese Islands. We are not a health club or a large studio but an inviting local studio specializing in one to one relationships with our clients.

Pilates training is “personal” training. There’s a lot of communication and hands-on work that is necessary to bring the technique to the student. Our class sizes are a maximum number of 8, in order to give a more personalized and focused approach to the training, hence speeding up results for each client.

The studio is fully equipped with professional Balanced Body equipment as well as a Power Plate® for those of you who want the challenge of this amazing three-dimensional vibrating platform.

Our aim at the Pilates Centre is to make every client feel comfortable with the movement regardless of their fitness level.  The method is a great complement to other forms of physical activity as it strengthens the body and increases flexibility thus supporting joints and deep core muscles that other conventional workout methods cannot reach.
