• No bookings will be guaranteed without a valid credit card number.
• To take advantage of these rates, please use ONLY this reservation form. Check in time is 15.00hrs/Check out 12.00hrs midday. Bills must be settled directly prior departure.

Guarantee Policy

• This reservation requires a credit card to guarantee the reservation.
• Modification to reservation Policy
• If you modify the arrival or departure date, number of guests or room type, additional charges maybe applicable in accordance to the room and rate availability at the date of the modification.
• In case of reduction of room nights, the cancellation policy is applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If you fully or partially cancel your reservation for any reason, your credit card will be charged as follows:

• If the reservation is cancelled before to 6pm CET 21 days prior to arrival, then no cancellation charges will be applicable.
• If the reservation is cancelled after 6pm CET on the 21st day prior to arrival and before 6pm CET the 8th day prior to arrival, the amount will be equal to 50% of the total value of the cancelled accommodation.
• If the reservation is cancelled after 6pm CET on the 8th day prior to arrival, the amount will be equal to 100% of the total value of the cancelled accommodation

No Show Policy

In the case you do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your credit card will be charged as follows:

• The amount will be equal to 100% of the total value of your reservation.
