SENIOR HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

The candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide advanced training to the housekeeping staff, ensuring that their performance consistently meets the highest standards.
- Assign daily duties to team members, utilizing strategic planning to optimise efficiency.
- Develop and manage shift schedules, overseeing replacements in the event of absences to maintain seamless operations.
- Conduct routine inspections of all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, upholding Company standards.
- Coordinate work duties in collaboration with other departments to enhance overall operational synergy.
- Plan and supervise deep cleaning initiatives and other specialized projects.
- Service and maintain housekeeping equipment, while ensuring adequate stocking of supplies.
- Oversee the completion of daily administrative duties to ensure organisational efficiency.
- Monitor and address guest complaints, implementing corrective measures promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, sanitisation policies, and the use of approved cleaning products.
